One of the majestic Brazilian biodiversity, Cristalino State Park is located between the cities of Alta Floresta and Novo Mundo, state of Mato Grosso.

The park covers an area of 184,000 hectares in the forest and it borders the South of the Amazon rainforest, known as Arc of Deforestation. For this reason, the park is extremely important in the rainforest preservation.
